Beautifully designed hotel with spacious rooms. However, the check-out process was confusing due to crowding in the lobby.

The staff was exceptionally apologetic and proactive when addressing the issue with the water pipes. their prompt response made our stay more comfortable despite the hiccup.
There was no baby changing facility in the lobby area, which made it difficult to care for my infant during our wait for check-in.

the room was nice, but I simply coudlnt believe the rude receptionist who barely looked at me. I expected a warm welcome and instead was met with coldness, and the heater in the shower? An absolute disaster that went from scalding to freezing. I thought I might get a complimentary gesture, but apparently not, just sad really.
